Today, we want to talk to you about something very important—SCAMS!
This isn't your typical dose of knowledge; it’s vital information that you really need!
We know you might take it lightly thinking you might be smart enough to trick the trickers, but that's where you are wrong! Scammers these days are way beyond our imagination, considering the new-age scams using AI and much more to blow our minds!
Scams are tricks that some people use to take away your money or personal information without you even noticing.
A SCAM often begins with an offer that seems very appealing. For example, you might get an email saying you’ve won a lot of money in a lottery you don’t remember entering. The catch? You need to pay a small fee to claim your huge prize. Many people pay the fee, hoping to get the prize, but the prize doesn't exist. The scammer takes the fee and disappears.
Types of Scams
One of our subscribers shared a scam with us and we covered it in the video below 👇, four main scams were discussed, each using different tricks related to lust desires and greed:
Being Tricked in Person: People are tricked into embarrassing situations with promises of services that never happen. They end up having to pay money to avoid trouble.
Fake Job Scams: Victims are offered jobs in adult entertainment that require a fee to start. After paying, they find out there is no job.
False Love: Scammers pretend to fall in love online, only to trick victims into sending them money or personal information.
Threat Scams: Scammers threaten to share private photos or videos unless they receive money, playing on the victim's fear of being embarrassed.
These examples show how scammers use feelings like desire and fear to trick people into losing their money.

What to do if you are SCAMMED:
If you think you have been scammed, here’s what you can do immediately
Report It: Contact your bank or the service that processed the payment. They might be able to stop the transaction and even get your money back.
Alert the Authorities: Reach out to the police or a consumer protection agency. In case of cyber fraud, immediately report the incident on the Cybercrime Helpline at 1930 or on cybercrime.gov.in. Provide all necessary details, including phone numbers and email addresses, for a swift investigation.
The more people report scams, the harder it becomes for scammers to succeed.
