We're always searching for resources that can enrich your lives and broaden your knowledge beyond the familiar. Welcome to the 45th edition of ‘The Success Circle.’ 🌟 This week, we're venturing into something a bit different from our usual topics. While this edition may not be packed with our typical knowledge, it promises to motivate you and expand your learning in new and exciting ways.

🚀 My Story: From Corporate to Creative

Hello, I'm Rishabh, an IIT Bombay alum. Today, I want to share my journey with you. After graduation, I landed what many would call a dream job in a corporate setting. However, it quickly became clear that the 9-5 routine was not for me. So, I ventured out on my own and founded Qriyo, a start-up aimed at revolutionizing learning. Despite its promise, growth plateaued, leading me to pivot to developing Quick Payroll, a free app designed to assist businesses. Although Quick Payroll didn't pan out as expected, it was an invaluable learning experience and remains in use today.

Ultimately, I decided to embrace my family's legacy in labour laws. My grandfather and father laid the groundwork in this field, and I aimed to take it to the next level, where everyone could gain benefit from it. Together with Mandeep, whom I met during my Qriyo days, we launched the ‘Labour Law Advisor’ channel. Our goal was simple: to share our knowledge of labour laws with you all. Our journey has been incredible, thanks to the hard work and dedication of our team.
